We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United Kingdom.

Domestic Shipping
$10 flat rate for orders under $75
International Shipping
$20 flat rate for orders under $75
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During peak seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. Delivery to rural or remote areas may also take longer.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Ensure someone is available to receive packages between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Provide a complete and accurate address, including company name (if applicable)
- Include at least one contact telephone number
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
International Shipping & Additional Fees
For most countries, if your order does not meet our free shipping threshold, carriers may charge an additional fee of approximately $10.
Important: International shipping costs do not include any duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Issues

Address & Verification

Returns & Shipping Costs
If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
